Filling Recommendation

The pouf arrives unstuffed. For a firm, evenly rounded shape, fill it with shredded foam, polyester fiberfill, old blankets, towels, cushions, or clean recycled textiles. Add the filling gradually and distribute it evenly around the edges and center.

Natural Cowhide Variation

Every cowhide has its own natural markings. The exact placement of the brown and white patches, hair direction, tone, and texture will vary from the photographs. Small scars, tonal differences, and natural imperfections are authentic characteristics of genuine cowhide and are not defects.

Care Instructions

Spot clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Brush the hide in the direction of the hair when needed. Do not machine wash, soak, bleach, or expose the pouf to prolonged direct sunlight.

Shipping

Orders are usually prepared within 2–5 business days and shipped internationally from Marrakech using trusted carriers such as FedEx or DHL. Duties and import charges are covered through DDP shipping where available.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Custom-made or personalized orders are eligible for returns too.
