3. Products and Handmade Variations
We sell handmade Moroccan home décor, rugs, lighting, copper products, bathroom décor, and other artisan products.
Many of our products are handmade individually by skilled Moroccan artisans. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, dimensions, finish, or appearance may occur.
These variations are considered part of the character and authenticity of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location and the currency selected on our website.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation by email. An order is considered accepted when we have confirmed the order and/or processed the payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.
7. Payment
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Depending on availability, accepted payment methods may include major credit and debit cards and digital payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Your payment information is processed securely by the applicable payment provider. We do not directly store your complete payment card information on our servers.
8. Shipping
We offer shipping to customers internationally, subject to product availability and carrier service coverage.
Orders are generally shipped using carriers such as FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping requirements.
Estimated delivery times are provided as an estimate and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country, and we cannot guarantee whether or when a package may be subject to customs charges or inspection.
10. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unworn where applicable.
Be in the same condition in which it was received.
Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as FedEx or DHL for returns. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transportation.
A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from an approved refund to cover inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and administrative costs.
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are generally sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to make the funds available.
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue and the condition of the package/product.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or a full refund where appropriate, without charging additional return or replacement costs.
12. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because many of our products are handmade and may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation may not always be possible once production or shipping has started.
If an order can be cancelled before production or shipment, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund.
13. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom-made and personalized products are created according to specifications provided by the customer.
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming measurements, colors, materials, designs, and other specifications provided for the order.
Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product photographs, images, logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, designs, and website content, is owned by or licensed to MAJESTICMRCRUGS / Artmoroco LLC unless otherwise stated.
