Shipping Origin
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from Marrakech, Morocco.
Our handmade Moroccan products are created by skilled Moroccan artisans using traditional craftsmanship and techniques passed down through generations.
Processing Time
Handwoven Moroccan Rugs (Zrabi)
Processing time depends on the size, design, and specifications of each rug.
Because every rug is 100% handmade, orders usually require approximately 1 to 4 weeks for preparation and completion, with careful attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Handmade Poufs
Processing time is approximately 1 week before shipment.
Handmade Moroccan Copper Products
Most handmade copper products require approximately 1 week for preparation before shipment.
For large copper products measuring more than 100 cm, processing may take up to 15 days, depending on the size, design, and complexity of the piece.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time depending on the requested size, color, pattern, design, or other specifications.
We will provide an estimated preparation time for custom orders when appropriate.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We offer free worldwide shipping to all countries.
Orders are shipped directly from Marrakech, Morocco, using trusted international shipping carriers such as FedEx or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping requirements.
Estimated Delivery Time
5–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that the estimated shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is completely free worldwide.
No standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
However, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
Packaging
Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to help protect it during international transportation.
Rugs and poufs are carefully cleaned, folded where appropriate, and securely wrapped before shipping.
Our handmade copper products are also carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
We take great care in preparing every order so that your handmade piece arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Delivery Delays
The estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after dispatch.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Customs inspections or clearance
Shipping carrier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
High shipping volumes
Customs procedures
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Other unforeseen circumstances
Such delays do not necessarily indicate that an order has been lost.
If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send the available tracking information to the email address provided when placing the order.
Customers can use the tracking number to follow the progress of their shipment through the applicable carrier.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Custom Orders
If you would like a custom size, color, pattern, or design, please contact us before placing your order.
We will be happy to discuss your requirements and determine whether a personalized piece can be created for you.
Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the requested specifications and complexity of the design.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies and charges vary from country to country. We cannot determine in advance whether or how much a customer may be charged.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements applicable in their country.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned, delayed, or otherwise affected because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Some destinations or remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on the availability of the shipping carrier.
In such cases, the estimated delivery time may be longer than the standard 5–12 business days.
We will provide tracking information whenever available.
Handmade Product Note
Each rug, pouf, and handmade Moroccan piece is a unique work of art.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, dimensions, finish, or appearance may naturally occur from one piece to another.
These variations are a normal characteristic of handmade Moroccan craftsmanship and contribute to the uniqueness and authenticity of each product. They should not be considered defects.
