Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Please note that each of our rugs and poufs is handmade, so slight variations in color or pattern are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
This fee covers inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and administrative costs related to the return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (FedEx or DHL) and keeping the receipt until the refund is processed.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
